Ancient Egyptian symbols and motifs have been a source for artistic inspiration over thousands of years. Elkins will consider this phenomenon as it pertains to jewelry design, while referencing a wide variety of imaginative and colorful masterpieces of the genre, from antiquity to present, thus illustrating the meaning of the term “Egyptomania."
